They literally scam me today, This office is incredibly unprofessional to say the least,… I came in for my annual visit and asked about getting an ultrasound because I have an ovarian cyst and endometriosis. The nurse initially told me the ultrasound wouldn’t be covered under my annual visit and would cost $300—unless I changed the appointment to a regular visit, in which case it would be covered. Then she revised the estimate to $210, so I agreed.
However, when I checked out, I found out that the $210 was just for the doctor’s visit after switching from my fully covered annual exam. On top of that, I was charged $400 for the ultrasound and $100 for bloodwork.
So essentially, I was persuaded to change an appointment that would have been 100% covered into a regular visit that ended up costing me $700. This makes absolutely no sense and feels very misleading.

Best experience ever! The staff is incredibly kind and welcoming, and the doctor is compassionate, attentive, and truly understanding. I felt heard, respected, and well cared for. Highly recommend!

I had my first visit today with this gynecologist in Coral Gables, and it was an excellent experience from the moment I made the appointment. Maria, who scheduled my visit by phone, was extremely kind and helpful. The front-desk staff welcomed me warmly, and the medical assistant was very professional and caring throughout the exam.
Dr Gonzalez was exceptional-kind, clear in every explanation, and with a professional bedside manner that made me feel completely comfortable. The office, exam room, and even the restroom were spotless, which added to how well cared for I felt. Overall, a truly positive experience. Highly recommended.

I saw Dr Gonzalez this morning. Starting with the front desk, the young lady was kind and made me aware ahead of time of any potential out of pocket expenses I would need to pay for today. The medical assistant was very kind as well and showed genuine care. Finally, Dr Gonzalez gave me a detailed run down of all options I had and made me feel confident to be in her care. THANK YOU! ❤️

I’m incredibly grateful for the exceptional care I received from Dr. Gonzalez throughout my pregnancy. She was professional, attentive, and patient during every appointment, always taking the time to answer my questions and support me with warmth and kindness. Her charisma and genuine care made all the difference in my experience.
The staff at the office are also wonderful and efficient, contributing to a welcoming and well-organized environment. I absolutely loved my birth experience, and without a doubt, I will continue seeing Dr. Gonzalez as my gynecologist and obstetrician in the future.
